Mike was All-City in both football and basketball while in high school. He was recruited by Michigan State University where he was All Big-10 in 1975 and '76. Mike was a four year Letterman at Michigan State. He was a first round draft pick in 1977. He played professionally with the Bengals and the Bears. Mike also played in the USFL where he led the Michigan Panthers in receptions with 82 catches. He was on the Championship team while playiing for the Michigan Panthers in the USFL. Mike now resides in Chicago, Illinois. Mike has had the opportunity to speak in 3,000+ schools to over 1,000,000 students.

He then went to play for the Chicago Bears during the 2000 season and finished his playing career with the Detriot Lions.

He concluded his career in the USFL where he started a remarkable 56 consecutive games. Rish was an outstanding Offensive Lineman and benched over 500 lbs. Rich is married to Jan and they have 4 children. Rich has been with Sports World since the early 1980's. Rich has had the opportunity to speak in 3,000+ schools to over 1,000,000 students.

Devon Attended the University of Notre Dame where he was Team Captain as a Senior in 1992. He was also an Honorable Mention All-American in 1992. Devon was drafted in the 4th round by the Colts in 1993. He played both Outside Linebacker and on Special Teams during his 3 seasons with the Colts. Devon was named the Colts Special Team Player of Year in 1994. The fans of the Colts named Devon "Unsung Hero of the Year" in 1993. Devon went to play for the Arizona Cardinals from 1995-96. He went back into professional football after a short hiatus, playing with the Tamba Bay Storm of the Arena League for two seasons.
